Forum on Faith, Ethics, and Global Society

All are welcome to take part in the Weinstein-Rosenthal Forum on Faith, Ethics, and Global Society held on the campus of the University of Richmond.  The forum features Carrie Newcomer, Parker Palmer, and Gary Walters as speakers.  Carrie Newcomer is a Grammy-winning songwriter and singer.  Parker J. Palmer is a world-renowned speaker and writer whose work focuses on education, leadership, spirituality, and social change.  Gary Walters is a musician, composer, and arranger.

Through an interweaving of music, poetry, prose, personal story, and dialogue they will address the theme – What We Need is Here: Hope, Hard Times, and the Human Possibility.

The forum will be held at 7PM, on Monday, October 8, 2018, in the Alice Jepson Theatre of Modlin Center or the Arts.  A reception and book signing will follow the lecture in Booth Lobby.  The event is free and open to the public, no reservations required.  Catch a ride on the church van from BTSR at 6PM.
