New Staff Position

Ginter Park Baptist Church seeks a part-time pastor for Christian Maturity as envisioned in Ephesians 4:12, “to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ.” The person in this vital position will identify the individual gifts and potential of the congregation and also provide encouragement and training in leadership roles so that all members can grow and respond to God’s call.

Duties include motivating and encouraging members of the congregation, coordinating the activities of lay leaders and ministers, and providing training in discipleship and leadership.

Ginter Park Baptist Church is a liturgical church affiliated with the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship and the Alliance of Baptists.
